Hello, and welcome. We are breeders of CKC and AKC Chihuahuas. We have had Chihuahuas for 6 years and would now like to dedicate our home to raising these wonderful little dogs. We are located in Alabama. Our family has had previous experience raising Shih-Tzus, but now we are owned by a herd of Chihuahuas. We strive to produce healthy, happy, and well behaved little chis. No annoying ankle biters here. We only have 1 breeding female this year, so only 1 litter possible towards the end of the year. Please feel free to look around and enjoy.

Bluefirefly Chihuahuas specializes in merles, blues, and chocolates. We do realize there is controversy of the merle color in the AKC, but we feel if they are raised responsibly, then the merle is a safe color to breed. We are strongly against homozygous merle breeding. We mainly raise smooth coat chis. If you are looking for long coats I can give you some other breeder contacts that would have better availability.
